Property and Cancellation Policies :

If you should need to cancel your reservation, please notify us before 11 AM one day prior to your scheduled arrival. Should you fail to notify us, we must regretfully charge you for one night's lodging. Cancellations received within guidelines established will prevent your card from being charge. ALL ROOM IS NON_SMOKING. You will be charged $100 USD for smoking in the room.
